JEE Main 2024 Session 1 Live Updates: The National Testing Agency (NTA) is currently overseeing the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main 2024) for aspiring engineers (BE/BTech paper 1) on January 29. The exam is taking place in two sessions, with the first from 9 am to 12 noon and the second from 3 pm to 6 pm at various centers across the country. Admit cards can be downloaded from jeemain.nta.ac.in.

The examination commenced on January 24 with the BArch/BPlanning paper, followed by the Engineering paper on January 27 in two shifts. Candidates can keep track of shift-wise paper analysis and updates on this page.

JEE Main 2024: Important instructions for exam day.

• Arrive at the venue according to the reporting time mentioned on your admit card.
• Those who did not register through DigiLocker/ABC ID or selected non-Aadhaar options for authentication should report at least 1 hour earlier for biometric recording.
• Allowed items: Admit card (clear, color printout on A4 paper), one passport-size photograph (matching the one used during application), a valid and original photo ID (PAN/Aadhar with photo/driving license/voter ID/passport/e-Aadhar/ration card/Class 12 admit card).
