The IIAT - the IGNTU IITTM Admission Test 2022 - for the BBA (Tourism & Travel) course has been postponed by the Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel Management (IITTM). The application deadline has also been extended.

 

The Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel Management (IITTM) is an independent body under the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, and is one of the country's leading institutes for education, training, research, and consultation in tourism, travel, and other associated areas.

 

Since 2016, IITTM has been providing BBA (Tourism & Travel) programmes from its centers in Gwalior, NOIDA, Bhubaneswar, and Nellore (as per the MoU inked under the Indira Gandhi National Tribal University - Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India collaborative plan). This programme combines specific topic and generic level of operations and was created to mirror industry practices and academic trends.

 

Intake: 112 in Gwalior, 113 in Noida, and 75 in Bhubaneswar and Nellore, respectively.

 

Important dates

Last day to apply online (EXTENDED): June 19, 2022

IIAT entrance exam date: June 25, 2022

 

Entrance examinations that conflict with the IIAT: Please keep in mind that IT shares a date with several other entrance tests, including IPU-BHMCT (18 to 25 June), Jamia-Law (25 June), ACET-June-Actuary (25 June), and AIL-Army-LET (25 Jun).

 

Procedure for selection: The following criteria will be used to determine merit:

a) 70% weightage for IGNTU IITTM Admission Test (IIAT) b) 15% weightage for Group Discussion

d) Personal interview weightage of 15%

 

Candidates who are shortlisted based on the IIAT results will be asked to present for GD and PI at any of the IITTM centers, which they must indicate on the admission form.
