Application process started for NDA and NA-II
The Union Public Service Commission has begun accepting applications for admission to the NDA's Army, Navy, and Air Force wings for the 150th Course, as well as the 112th Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC), which will begin on July 2, 2023.
UPSC holds the National Defence Academy (NDA) and Naval Academy (NA) Examinations twice a year for students who have passed or will finish their Class 12 in that year.
NDA exam - II will be held in pen and paper mode on September 4th (Sunday) across different cities.
Points to remember -
NDA: 370 seats complete, including 208 places for the Army (consisting 10 female candidates)
Air Force: 120 seats (Flying 92, including 2 females; 18 Ground Duties-Tech, including 2 females; 10 Ground Duties non-Tech, including 2 females);
Navy: 42 seats (consisting 03 female candidates)
30 seats are available in the Naval Academy (B.Tech under the 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme) (male candidates only)
400 seats in total
There are two stages of selection:
Stage 1: UPSC-conducted written exam (NDA & NA)
Stage 2: SSB Test & Interview
The application deadline is June 7, 2022 by 6:00PM
The NDA-II test will be held on September 4, 2022.
