Delhi University releases schedule for next UG admission rounds at www.du.ac.in
Delhi University has announced the schedule for the next rounds of undergraduate admissions for the 2024-25 academic year under the CSAS (UG) system.
The upgrade window will be open from 5 PM on August 31 to 5 PM on September 1. The updated allocation results will be released on September 3 at 5 PM, and students will have until September 4 to confirm their choices.
During this time, students who got into a course in the first or second round can choose to upgrade to a higher preference. They can also reorder their top choices.
If a student’s seat is upgraded, the college will process the allocation directly, and any difference in fees will need to be paid. The admission will be complete only after the fees are paid.
On September 7, the list of vacant seats will be posted, and students can apply for them until September 9.
This mid-entry period, from 5 PM on September 7 to 4:59 PM on September 9, is for students who missed applying in Phase-I or didn’t complete Phase-II. They can join by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs 1000.
Students who were disqualified in the first or second round due to wrong subject mapping or not meeting eligibility can fix these issues during this period. Those not yet admitted can also change their preferences.
If you want to be considered for the third round, check the available seats and submit your choices carefully. The choices you submit by 4:59 PM on September 9 will be used for the next allocation round, and the cut-offs will not be linked to the previous rounds.
