JEE Main 2024 Registration Deadline Extended
The JEE Main 2024 registration portal is now open until December 4, offering applicants who have yet to register for the IIT JEE Main 2024 an additional four days to complete their online applications at jeemain.nta.ac.in. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially prolonged the registration deadline from its initial closing date of November 30.
The deadline for fee transactions through credit, debit cards, or net banking and UPI has also been pushed to December 4. Furthermore, the NTA will initiate the JEE Main 2024 application correction window on December 6, providing candidates with an opportunity to make necessary adjustments until December 8, 2023.
JEE Main 2024 will be conducted in two sessions – January and April. In the second week of January 2024, candidates will be informed about their exam cities. The application process for JEE Main 2024 commenced on November 1, 2023.
The first session of JEE Main 2024 is scheduled to take place from January 24 to February 1, while the second session will be held between April 6 and April 12. The application window for the second session will open on February 2 and close on March 2, 2024.
Notably, candidates are not obligated to appear in both sessions of JEE Main 2024. However, if a candidate participates in both sessions, the best JEE Main 2024 score will be considered for merit and rank determination.
