Admission Process
ADMISSION PROCEDURE
All the applicants who fulfil the eligibility criteria of admission and submitted the registration fees are eligible for Admission-Cum-Enrolment .Verification of documents is mandatory for completing the process of Admission-Cum-Enrolment.
Candidates admitted to any Course/ Program in SRMU, shall not be eligible to pursue simultaneously in any other full-time course in this or in any other University/Institutions.

ELIGIBLITY CRITERIA
♦ B. Tech. {CE, CS, EC, EE, ME)
Candidate have passed 10+2 or equivalent system any recognized Central/State Board with Physics and Mathematics compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry / Computer Science/Technical Vocational Subject. Candidate must obtained minimum 45% marks or equivalent grade for GEN/ OBC and 40% marks or equivalent grade for SC/ ST Category in the above subjects taken together.
♦ B.Tech. (Bio Tech)
Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent system from any recognized Central/ State Board with Physics and Mathematics/ Biology as compulsory so alongwith Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Computer Science/Technical Vocational Subject. Candidate must obtained minimum marks of 45% or equivalent grade for GEN/ OBC and 40% marks or equivalent grade for SC/ ST Category in the above subjects talcen together.
♦ B. Tech. (Agricultural Engineering)
Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent system any recognized Central/ State Board with Physics and Mathematics/Biology as compulsory subjects alongwith Chemistry 10+2 with Agriculture Subjects. Candidate must obtained minimum marks of 45% or equivalent grade for GEN/ OBC and 40% marks equivalent grade for SC/ ST Category in the above subjects taken together.

Candidate have passed 10th or equivalent system from any recognized Central/ State Board with science as one of the subject and Candidate must have passed 10+2 in any stream with minimum aggregate marks of 45% or equivalent grade for GEN/ OBC and 40% marks or equivalent grade for SC/ ST Category.

Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent system from any recognized Central/ State Board with Mathematics / Computer Science or related subjects with minimum aggregate marks of 45% or equivalent grade for GEN/ OBC and 40% marks or equivalent grade for SC/ ST Category. Candidate must have passed Graduation or Master’s Degree in Sciences, Social Sciences, Humanities with minimum aggregate marlis of 50% for Gen / OBC and 45% marks for SC/ ST or Bachelor in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics or any other qualification equivalent thereto from any recognised University or AICTE recognised Institute / College with minimum aggregate marks of 55% for Gen/ OBC and 50% marks for SC/ ST Category.

Candidate must have qualified National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) or any aptitude test in Architecture conducted by competent authority. In addition to the above, the candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent system from any recognized Central/ State Board with minimum aggregate marks of 50% or equivalent grade in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics and also at least 50% mar1‹s in aggregate of the 10+2 level examination.

Candidate must have qualified National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) or any aptitude test in Architecture drawn on the pattern as prescribed by COA Education Regulations, 2015. Candidate must have passed 10+3 Diploma recognised by Central/ State Governments with minimum aggregate marks of 50% with Mathematics as a compulsory subject.
♦ B.Pharma
Candidate shall have passed 10*2 examination conducted by the respective state / central government authorities recognized as equivalent to 10+2 examination by the Association of Indian Universities (AI U) with English as one of the subjects and Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics / Biology as optional subjects individually with minimum marks of 45% or equivalent grade for GEN/ OBC and 40% marlcs or equivalent grade for SC/ ST Category in the above subjects taken together.However, the students possessing 10+2 qualification from non-formal and non class rooms based schooling such as National Institute of Open Schooling, open school systems of States etc. shall not be eligible for admission to B. Pharm Course." Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of the above examinations.

A candidate seeking the admission for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph. D.) in the university must have the following basic eligibility.

Candidates seeking admission from other University/Institution in any year and any course are permitted on fulfilment of following conditions:
- Transfer cases are permitted only at the beginning of ODD Semester.
- Transfer cases in all the courses and in all the years are permitted on case to case basis, provided the admission is duly approved by the specially constituted Equivalence Committee.
- Submission of marksheets of all the previous semesters / years is mandatory for the Equivalence Consideration.
