BHU Cautions Aspirants About Fake Admission Offers: Official Advisory Released

Banaras Hindu University (BHU) has officially issued a crucial advisory to students seeking admission for the academic year 2025. The university has warned against fraudulent messages circulating on platforms like WhatsApp and SMS, falsely claiming guaranteed admissions.

 

🔴 What the BHU Advisory Says:

BHU has received several reports of aspirants receiving misleading text messages, including suspicious links and promises of direct admission. In response, the university has clarified that:

BHU does not use WhatsApp, Telegram, or SMS for any admission-related communication.

All official messages are sent only via email and posted on the official BHU admission portals.

Any message promising admission or requesting personal details or payment outside the official process is fake and should be ignored.
