In a powerful display of tradition meeting innovation, IIM
Sambalpur celebrated Sambalpuri Divas by concluding the third phase of its Entrepreneurship
Development Programme (EDP) designed exclusively for master weavers of
Western Odisha.
Held under the Centre for Responsible Business, this
three-week residential program brought together 25 selected artisans, equipping
them with modern entrepreneurial and business skills. The initiative is a part
of the institute’s continuous effort to promote “Vocal for Local” and align
with ‘Aatmanirbhar Bharat’.
