IIM Sambalpur is set to
revolutionize the way students learn by introducing AI-enabled teaching in
classrooms, marking a significant shift towards advanced learning
methodologies. During a programme celebrating its 10th Foundation Day, Director
Prof. Mahadeo Jaiswal announced the integration of artificial intelligence as
part of the faculty, aiming to deliver a transformative learning experience for
students.
"We started in 2015 with just 49 MBA students, and today, we are proud
to have 320 students. With AI in classrooms, we will enhance educational
quality," Prof. Jaiswal said.

Sambalpur has also developed world-class infrastructure and
onboarded over 60 startups under its incubation centre, promoting international
collaborations. The institute is further planning a women’s empowerment summit
in February to align with the 'Viksit Bharat' initiative.
Additionally, the second edition of the Innovation, Design, and Entrepreneurship (IDE) Bootcamp, running from September 23 to 27, will nurture entrepreneurial skills among students across India, in line with the Prime Minister’s vision.
