Maharashtra CET Cell has officially
released the final merit list for MHT CET 2025 today, July 24. The list
is available for both PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) and PCB (Physics,
Chemistry, Biology) groups. Candidates seeking admission into 4-year B.Tech/B.E
programs and 5-year integrated M.Tech programs can check the list on fe2025.mahacet.org and cetcell.mahacet.org.
Once the final merit list is out, the Centralised
Admission Process (CAP) Round 1 will follow according to the schedule
below:

📝 Seat Acceptance Rules

Auto-Freezed Seats:
If a candidate is allotted a seat from their first preference, the seat will be
auto-freezed, and they must pay the seat acceptance fee online. They will not
be eligible for further rounds.

Self-Freezed Option:
If allotted a seat other than the first preference and the candidate chooses to
self-freeze, they must also pay the seat acceptance fee online and will not
participate in further rounds.

Not Freezed (For Betterment):
Candidates not satisfied with their current allotment can select ‘Not Freeze’
for betterment in upcoming rounds. They must accept the current seat, pay the
seat acceptance fee, and wait for the next rounds.
📌 Grievance Redressal
Between August 1 and 3, candidates can self-verify their
seat allotment and declaration details. If any error or incorrect claim is
found (category, marks, gender, reservation, etc.), candidates can raise
grievances only through online login.
