The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the NEET UG 2024 results today, June 4. "The results are now available on our website. Candidates can check their results and the details of top scorers shortly," stated a senior NTA official. To view the results, visit exams.nta.ac.in.

This year, 67 students achieved a rank of 1. Out of the 24,06,079 students who registered, 23,33,297 appeared for the exam, and 13,16,268 have qualified.

  1. Go to exams.nta.ac.in/NEET-UG.
  2. Find the NEET UG 2024 result link on the homepage or under the latest updates section.
  3. Click the result link to proceed.
  4. Enter your login credentials.
  5. Submit to view your NEET UG 2024 result.

Next Steps After NEET UG 2024 Results:

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will handle the counselling for 15% of All India Quota (AIQ) seats, while state authorities will manage the remaining 85% of admissions. Eligible students who meet the NEET UG 2024 cut-off scores can view the seat matrix and the list of participating medical colleges on the MCC's official website, mcc.nic.in. The NTA is expected to announce the counselling schedule soon. Last year, the first round of counselling started on July 20.

The cut-off marks for NEET 2024 have increased compared to previous years. For instance, the general category cut-off rose from 715-117 in NEET UG 2022 to 720-137 in 2023. Similarly, the cut-off for SC, ST, and OBC categories went up from 116-93 in 2022 to 136-107 in 2023. The cut-off for general category candidates was in the 50th percentile, while for OBC, SC, and ST, it was in the 40th percentile.
