The BCD Vice Chairman is under investigation for possessing a fake LL.B. degree highlighting the need for stringent credential verification.

The Bar Council of India has suspended the Vice Chairman of the Bar Council of Delhi on the pretext that he had proved to hold a fake LL.B degree. This suspension was done after the falsification of his credentials was discovered in his educational background. It also makes his identity and his position in the legal fraternity questionable as well.

All the examinations were set off by the complaint that questioned the credibility of the Vice Chairman’s LL.B. degree. When asked, such facts were discovered, which point to the possibility of the degree being fake or purchased dishonestly.

In order to be fair in the case, the BCI also used its regulations to suspend Herdesktop.com while assuring the public it would conduct a thorough investigation into the matter.
