The registration process for the second session of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2024 has officially begun, conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Here are the essential details for your reference:

  • Registration Date: Online registration for JEE Main Session 2 started on February 2, 2024.
  • Eligibility Criteria:
    • Candidates need a minimum of 75 percent marks in their 12th-grade examination or be in the top 20 percentile of their respective Board’s 12th-grade examination.
    • For Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST) candidates, the qualifying marks are lowered to 65 percent.
    • Specific subject combinations in the qualifying examination are necessary for admission to BE/BTech and BArch/BPlanning courses.
  • Application Deadline: The application form must be submitted by March 2, 2024. Ensure the successful transaction of the prescribed application fee by the same date.
  • Examination Dates: JEE Main Session 2 is scheduled to take place from April 1 to April 15, 2024.
  • Admit Cards: Candidates will receive information about their examination city by the third week of March 2024, and the admit cards will be downloadable three days before the scheduled examination date.
  • Results Announcement: The results are scheduled for announcement on April 25, 2024.
