The registration for the January session of the VITREE 2025 application form is available till 27th November 2024 only. PhD applicants who are interested in joining the VIT Vellore, VIT Chennai, VIT-AP, and VIT-Bhopal campuses are welcome to apply before the deadline.
The examination to get into the research at VIT will be conducted on December 7, 2024, and the VIT Research Entrance Examination (VITREE) will be held in 28 cities all over India.
How to Register for VITREE 2025?
To apply for VITREE 2025, candidates must follow these steps:
Ø Visit
the official VIT website: admissions.vit.ac.in.
Ø Click
on the VITREE application form link from the homepage.
Ø Provide
your details to receive login details, where applicable.
Ø Users
are expected to enter the website and fill out a form that requires certain
necessary information.
Ø Scan/attach
essential documents
Ø Make
payment of the application charges of INR 1200 through net banking/debit/credit
card only.
Ø Complete the form and click on the submit button.
VITREE
2025 Exam Pattern
The VITREE
2025 exam will be held online on December 7, 2024, from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm.
The exam will end up having 100 MCQ, and no marks will be deducted for wrong
answers.
The exam pattern is as follows:
PhD:
70 questions under tech-tricky, 15 questions under English communication and 15
questions related to statistics and probability.
Direct
PhD: Technical questions, which are 80, and
English communication questions, which are 20.
Each right answer will be awarded one mark.
Post-Exam
Process
For the December 7, 2024 VITREE examination, those who passed
will be scheduled for a hybrid personal interview on December 14, 2024. The
examination outcome will be declared on December 20, 2024. The last date of
selecting a research guide and paying the tuition fee online is 31 December
2024.
