Application Form Submission:

• Obtain the application form from the official college website or admission office.
• Fill in the required details accurately.

Document Verification:

Attach the necessary documents:

• Attested photocopies of S.S.C (12th) Board Certificate
• Attested photocopies of H.S.C (10th) Board Certificate
• Bonafide and character certificate from the Principal of the School/College last attended
• Entrance Examination Score Card
• Migration Certificate/Transfer Certificate
• Six recent Passport Size photographs
• Aadhar Card
• Seat allotment letter
• Nationality and Domicile Certificate
• Gap Certificate (if passed qualifying examination before the admission year).
• Caste Certificate (only for SC/ST/OBC)
• Income Certificate of Parent/Guardian
• Address Proof
• Declaration form on a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 10/- duly attested by Notary Public
• Anti-Ragging Form on a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 10/- duly attested by Notary Public
• Fitness Certificate from a registered medical practitioner.

Submission of Application:

• Submit the filled application form along with the required documents to the college admission office.
