Admission Process:

To initiate the admission process, each application must include the following certificates:

1. S.S.C C/H.S.C/B.Sc Marks Card.
2. P.U.C - II/H.S.C/B.Sc Marks Card.
3. Transfer certificate from the last attended Institution (LC).
4. Migration certificate (for students outside Karnataka).
5. Character certificate from the last attended institution.
6. Physical fitness certificate from a registered Medical Practitioner.
7. Scheduled caste & Tribe certificate if applicable.
8. Group A.B.C.D.E certificate if applicable.
9. Six passport size and six stamp size photographs.
10. Eligibility certificate issued by the R.G.U.H.S Bangalore if applicable.
11. Any other certificate or records as informed by the principal.
12. NEET Compulsory Eligibility.
13. Aadhar card for Father, Mother, and Student.

Procedure for Admission:

• Admission begins as per the schedule specified by R.G.U.H.S Bangalore.
• Complete and duly filled application forms should be submitted to the Principal at Sri Raghavendra Ayurveda Medical College & Hospital, Malladihalli, within the specified last date for application submission. Ensure that the application is accompanied by true copies of all relevant marks cards and certificates, as incomplete applications may be rejected.
• Fees, once paid, are non-refundable and cannot be adjusted under any circumstances.
