Registration:

  • Candidates must register online through the Web portal.
  • Provide an active mobile number and email ID.
  • Enter relevant personal and educational details.
  • Save/submit the form.
  • Form Preview and Submission:
  • Review the forms and make any necessary changes.
  • Click submit and save to proceed to online fee payment.

Documents Required (to be uploaded during TANCA counseling):

  • Mark sheets of X, XII, or Diploma (3 years) Certificate.
  • Qualifying Degree certificate, provisional certificate, and mark sheets of all semesters or Consolidated mark sheet.
  • Transfer certificate from the institution last studied.
  • Valid GATE score card and TANCET hall ticket for GATE qualified category.
  • Certificate of Disability.
  • Nativity Certificate (only in electronic form/digitally signed e-Certificate, if applicable).
  • Copy of identification certificate obtained from the Head Quarters Tahsildar or Visa, Passport, and letter registered in the Police Station (For Srilankan Refugee candidates).
  • Experience Certificate (if applicable).
