3. Enter personal and academic details, along with a valid mobile number and email address.
4. A login ID and password will be sent to the provided mobile number and email address.
5. Log in using the received ID and password.
6. Fill in the required information in the provided space.
7. Attach all relevant documents related to academics and reservation claims.
8. Pay the application fee of INR 600 using a debit/credit card.
9. Verify all details and submit the form before the due date.
