Application Submission:

Document Verification:

• Ensure all required documents are in order:
• S.S.C C/H.S.C/B.Sc Marks Card.
• P.U.C - II/H.S.C/B.Sc Marks Card.
• Transfer certificate from the last attended Institution (LC).
• Migration certificate (for students outside Karnataka).
• Character certificate from the last attended institution.
• Physical fitness certificate from a registered Medical Practitioner.
• Scheduled caste & Tribe certificate if applicable.
• Group A.B.C.D.E certificate if applicable.
• Six passport size and six stamp size photographs.
• Eligibility certificate issued by the R.G.U.H.S Bangalore if applicable.
• NEET Compulsory Eligibility.
• Aadhar card for Father, Mother, and Student.

Submission to the Principal:

• Submit the completed application form along with necessary documents to the Principal's office at Sri Raghavendra Ayurveda Medical College & Hospital, Malladihalli, within the specified application period.

Admission Approval:

• Admission process will commence as per the schedule outlined by R.G.U.H.S Bangalore.
