The Cybersecurity Technology Innovation Hub of IIT Kanpur, C3iHub, has called out hackers worldwide to register for the upcoming Hack IITK 2024. This Global Cybersecurity Hackathon presents a great chance to win over INR 30 lakhs in prizes, including INR 5 lakhs in cash and AWS Cloud Credits. Event Overview
Organized by C3iHub and powered by Techkriti, Hack IITK 2024 is an event to hack into real-world cybersecurity problems. The hackathon is held with the support of leading sponsors, including BEL, Saptang Labs, NTT DATA, SecureDApps, and AWS. As supported by Hack2Skill and Prutor, the event guarantees that every participant will have a world-class experience.
Track Details
The hackathon features two primary tracks:
Solution Track: This track is available for undergraduate and postgraduate students interested in IT Security, Cyber Crime, and Web3 Security. It includes three phases: the Qualification Round, the Challenge Round, and the Grand Finale hosted at IIT Kanpur.
Startup Track: Open to future startups, contenders will solve cybersecurity issues such as artificial intelligence/machine learning security, mobile security, and privileged access management (PAM). Some of the selected startups may get an opportunity to avail incubation at IIT Kanpur to scale up solutions.

Prof. Sandeep Shukla, project director of C3iHub, further added that Hack IITK is not just another contest; it is a place where students come together to solve actual cybersecurity problems. The hackathon will seek to foster definitive cybersecurity solutions within the field by accommodating students, professionals, and startups.
