The summit, aimed at bridging the gap between academia and industry, will focus on augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), and mixed reality (MR). It provides an excellent platform for researchers, professionals, and startups working in these emerging technologies to collaborate and exchange insights.

Notable speakers at the event include global XR leaders such as Prof. Steve LaValle, co-founder of Oculus, and Prof. Mandayam Srinivasan, founder of MIT Hapticslab. The event will also feature an ‘AWE Evening,’ a collaboration with the globally renowned Augmented World Expo (AWE), setting the stage for a full-fledged AWE event in India by 2026.

This summit will play a crucial role in evaluating the current landscape of experiential technologies and addressing skill gaps to foster innovation. Additionally, XTIC will recognize the contributions of XR startups through a series of awards.
