The CBSE Board Exam 2024,
conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education, has officially begun
today. The Class 10 exams are scheduled to take place from February 15 to March
13, 2024, while the Class 12 exams will be held from February 15 to April 2,
2024. Over 39 lakh candidates from 26 countries are expected to participate in
this year's examinations.
For both Class 10 and 12
exams, the reporting time is set at 10:30 am, and the exams will generally
conclude at 1:30 pm, with some papers ending at 12:30 pm. Students are strongly
advised to arrive at their respective exam centers at least 30 to 45 minutes
before the start of the exam.
Here are some important
instructions for candidates appearing in the CBSE Board Exam 2024:
1.
Arrive at the
exam center 30 to 45 minutes before the scheduled start time of 10:30 am.
2.
Carry the admit
card and other necessary documents mentioned in the admit card for all exam
days.
3.
Bring your own
stationery, including a blue or black ballpoint pen, pencil, and eraser.
4.
Avoid bringing
electronic devices such as mobile phones, smartwatches, and calculators to the
examination hall.
5.
Thoroughly read
the instructions on the question paper.
6.
Carefully read
and understand the questions before providing answers.
7.
Refrain from
writing anything on the question papers.
8.
Seek permission
before leaving the examination hall.
9.
Avoid talking or
engaging in any unfair practices during the examination.
10. Delhi residents are advised to leave home early and consider using metro services to ensure timely arrival at the exam centers.
